Common use of Funding of Expenditure Clause in Contracts

Funding of Expenditure. (A) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Company agrees to loan to the Director, on an interest free basis, such funds as may be required to meet any expenditure incurred or to be incurred by him, in defending any claim, action or proceedings falling within the scope of such claims, actions, or proceedings as are covered by the provisions of Clause 2.1 and 2.3.
