Funding Windows. 5.1 Fund Donors may designate use of the funds they contribute to the CGIAR Fund in three ways: (i) Window 1 – These funds may be allocated by the Fund Council, (x) in consultation with the Consortium, to (a) CRPs submitted by the Consortium and approved by the Fund Council on any aspect of SRF implementation, and (b) anything else within the scope of SRF implementation that the Fund Council approves to fulfill its responsibilities as set forth in Section 7 below; and (y)
