Regular Work Week. The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.
Regular Work Week. The regular work week will be forty (40) hours Monday to Friday.
Regular Work Week. The Sheriff shall determine the work schedule for employees in his/her department. Unless agreed upon by the Association and the City as set forth below under the heading “Alternate Work Schedule”, a regular workweek is a tour of duty of five (5) consecutive days within a seven (7) day period. However, employees who are moving from one shift or one work schedule to another may be required to work in excess of five (5) working days in conjunction with changes in their work shifts or schedules.

Such hours may be scheduled in five (5) consecutive days of eight (8) consecutive hours per day, followed by two (2) consecutive days off. If the Employer decides to modify the schedule and/or add another/different combination of consecutive work days and consecutive days off, an advance notice of not less than thirty (30) days shall be given to the Bargaining Unit prior to the start of the next scheduled bid period.
Regular Work Week. The work week shall be forty (40) hours of work for full• time employees. Normal work days shall be Monday through Friday, except for functions operated on a continuous shift basis or requiring departure from the normal schedule. The normal work day shall be 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The work day for full-time employees shall consist of eight (8) hours of work plus an unpaid meal period.
