Common use of Funding Clause in Contracts

Funding. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Accountability Agreement, the LHIN will provide the Funding by depositing the Funding in monthly instalments over the Term, into an account designated by the HSP provided that the account resides at a Canadian financial institution and is in the name of the HSP.

Funding. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Accountability Agreement, the LHIN will provide the Funding by depositing the Funding in monthly instalments over the Termterm of this Agreement, into LONG-TERM CARE HOME SERVICE ACCOUNTABILITY AGREEMENT APRIL 1, 2019 — MARCH 31, 2022 an account designated by the HSP provided that the account resides at a Canadian financial institution and is in the name of the HSP.

Funding. Funding. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Accountability Agreement, the LHIN LHIN: will provide the Funding by depositing funds identified in Schedule A to the Funding HSP for the purpose of providing or ensuring the provision of the Services; and will deposit the funds in monthly instalments regular instalments, once or twice monthly, over the Termterm of this Agreement, into an account designated by the HSP provided that the account resides at a Canadian financial institution and is in the name of the HSP.

Funding. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Accountability Agreement, the LHIN LHIN: (a) will provide the Funding by depositing funds identified in Schedule A to the Funding HSP for the purpose of providing or ensuring the provision of the Services; and (b) will deposit the funds in monthly instalments regular installments, once or twice monthly, over the Termterm of this Agreement, into an account designated by the HSP provided that the account resides at a Canadian financial institution and is in the name of the HSP.
