Payment in Lieu of Benefits a) All employees not transferred to the Trust who received pay in lieu of benefits under a collective agreement in effect as of August 31, 2014, shall continue to receive the same benefit.
Payment in Lieu of Benefits a) All employees not transferred to the OSSTF ELHT who received pay in lieu of benefits under a collective agreement in effect as of August 31, 2014, shall continue to receive payment in lieu of benefits.
b) New hires after the Participation Date who are eligible for benefits from the OSSTF ELHT are not eligible for pay in lieu of benefits.

b) New hires after the Participation Date who are eligible for benefits from the ETFO ELHT are not eligible for pay in lieu of benefits.
Payment in Lieu of Benefits a) All employees not transferred to the ELHT who received pay in lieu of benefits under a collective agreement in effect as of August 31, 2014, shall continue to receive the same benefit.
b) New hires after the Participation Date who are eligible for benefits from the ELHT are not eligible for pay in lieu of benefits.
Payment in Lieu of Benefits. In lieu of employee benefit coverage for his eligible dependents after his Date of Death, a payment in the amount of 10% of his annual base salary in effect at his Date of Death.
Payment in Lieu of Benefits. (a) A part-time nurse shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to a nurse, paid in whole or part by the Employer, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, save and except salary, shift premium, vacation pay, standby pay, call-back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury or witness duty, and bereavement pay) an amount equal to thirteen percent (13%) of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.
(b) The part-time nurse's hourly rate (or straight time hourly rate) does not include the additional thirteen percent (13%) which is paid in lieu of fringe benefits and accordingly the thirteen percent (13%) add-on payment in lieu of fringe benefits will not be included for the purpose of computing any premium or overtime payments.
(c) Part-time nurse who voluntarily join the Employer's pension plan shall receive nine percent (9%) in lieu of all fringe benefits as listed in 17.05 (a).
Payment in Lieu of Benefits. In lieu of employee benefit coverage for her eligible dependents after her Date of Death, a payment in the amount of 10% of her annual base salary in effect at her Date of Death.
Payment in Lieu of Benefits a) All employees not transferred to the Trust who received pay in lieu of benefits under a collective agreement in effect as of August 31, 2014, shall continue to receive the same benefit. Payment in Lieu of Benefits a) Part-time employees shall receive six percent (6%) of total earnings in lieu of benefits and sick leave payments except part-time employees who work twenty-one (21) hours per week or more, who are subject to Article 29.
b) For purposes of this Article, total earnings do not include prior payments made under this Article or any vacation pay pursuant to Article 15.06 above.
