Funds Created Under Indenture. The Authority shall create under the Indenture a 2022 Purchase Payment Fund and a Costs of Issuance Fund. The Authority shall deposit or cause to be deposited into the 2022 Purchase Payment Fund on the Delivery Date the amount specified in the Delivery Date Certificate with respect to the 2022 Purchase Payment Fund. The Costs of Issuance Fund shall be established and operated pursuant to Section 4.05 of the Indenture.
Funds Created Under Indenture. The Authority shall create under the Indenture a 2009-A Purchase Payment Fund and a Costs of Issuance Fund. The Authority shall deposit or cause to be deposited into the 2009-A Purchase Payment Fund on the Delivery Date the amount specified in the Delivery Date Certificate with respect to the 2009-A Purchase Payment Fund. The Authority shall cause the Trustee to make deposits to and payments from the 2009-A Purchase Payment Fund in accordance with the terms of this Installment Purchase Agreement and the Indenture. The Costs of Issuance Fund shall be established and operated pursuant to Section 4.05 of the Indenture.
