Funds Transfer Services. The following provisions apply to funds transfers you send or receive through us but do not apply to electronic funds transfers governed by Regulation E, Subpart A of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. We provide separate agreements to you that govern the terms of some funds transfer services, including separate agreements for online and mobile banking. If you have a specific agreement with us for these services, these provisions supplement that agreement to the extent these provisions are not inconsistent with the specific agreement.
