FUNERAL BENEFITS. 10.01 If an eligible employee covered by this Agreement suffers a death in the immediately family, such employee shall be entitled to up to three (3) working days off with pay, provided that the employee attends the funeral. Such pay shall be for time lost. If the Employer approves, additional unpaid leave may be granted if necessary for travel purposes.
