CFR PART 200 Domestic Preferences for Procurements As appropriate and to the extent consistent with law, the non-Federal entity should, to the greatest extent practicable under a Federal award, provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States (including but not limited to iron, aluminum, steel, cement, and other manufactured products). Communications and Written Notices 23.1. The Company will communicate with the client about any notice, instruction, request or any other communication via the Client’s registered e-mail, the Client Dashboard, telephone or, where the Client wishes to send a formal communication to the Company in writing, via post to the Company’s registered address. All the Company’s contact details are available on the Compnay’s Website. Any communication from the Client to the Company shall be deemed effective on the date and time of reception by the Company. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have read all and any communication the Company may send from time to time, via any approved communication method.
Information and Services Required of the Owner § 3.1.1 The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.

Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
