  • Payment and Performance Bond Prior to the execution of this Contract, City may require Contractor to post a payment and performance bond (Bond). The Bond shall guarantee Contractor’s faithful performance of this Contract and assure payment to contractors, subcontractors, and to persons furnishing goods and/or services under this Contract.

  • Payment and Performance Bonds The Contractor shall comply with the following minimum bonding requirements:

  • INSURANCE AND PENSION In accordance with RCW 41.80.010(7), the insurance and pension conditions for all members of the bargaining unit will be as follows.

  • Leasing of Real and Personal Property ‌ The Government contemplates that leases may be part of a task order solution offered by a Contractor, but the Government, where the Contractor’s solution includes leasing, must not be the Lessee. Under no circumstances on any task order awarded under XXXXX shall the Government be deemed to have privity-of-contract with the Owner/Lessor of the Leased Items; or, the Government be held liable for early Termination/Cancellation damages if the Government decides not to exercise an option period under a task order unless the Contractor has specifically disclosed the amount of such damages (or the formula by which such damages would be calculated) as part of its proposal and the OCO for the task order has specifically approved/allowed such damages as part of the task order terms and conditions.

  • Assignment and Performance Neither this Agreement nor any right or interest herein shall be assigned, transferred, or encumbered without the written consent of the other party. CITY may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately, if there is any assignment, or attempted assignment, transfer, or encumbrance, by CONTRACTOR of this Agreement or any right or interest herein without CITY's written consent. CONTRACTOR represents that each person who will render services pursuant to this Agreement is duly qualified to perform such services by all appropriate governmental authorities, where required, and that each such person is reasonably experienced and skilled in the area(s) for which he or she will render his or her services. CONTRACTOR shall perform its duties, obligations, and services under this Agreement in a skillful and respectable manner. The quality of CONTRACTOR’s performance and all interim and final product(s) provided to or on behalf of CITY shall be comparable to the best local and national standards.

  • Proof of Insurance Coverage As preliminary evidence of compliance with the insurance required by the contract, the company will furnish the Authority with a certificate(s) of insurance satisfactory to the Authority. This certificate must be signed by an authorized representative of the insurer. If requested by the Authority, the company will, within 15 days after receipt of written request from the Authority, provide the Authority, or make available for review, certificates of insurance, copies of required endorsements and/or a certified complete copy of the policies of STANDARD PROCEDURE Number: S250.06 Effective: 05/31/02 Aviation Authority Revised: 12/11/14 Page: 4 of 7 Subject: CONTRACTUAL INSURANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS insurance.   • MAINTENANCE OF INSURANCE COVERAGE Each party agrees to maintain throughout the term of this Agreement professional liability insurance coverage of the type and amount reasonably customary in its industry. Upon request, a party shall furnish the other party with pertinent information concerning the professional liability insurance coverage that it maintains. Such information shall include the identity of the insurance carrier(s), coverage levels, and deductible amounts.
