Further Assurances; Privileges. Either party to this Plan of Merger shall, at the request of the other party, execute and deliver such additional documents and instruments and take such other actions as may be reasonably requested to carry out the terms and provisions of this Plan of Merger.

Further Assurances; Privileges. Each party shall use reasonable efforts to preserve for itself and the other party each available legal privilege with respect to confidentiality of their negotiations and related communications, including the attorney-client privilege.
