Notification of Change in Business Relationships. Company shall promptly notify Purchaser in writing of any customer, agent, representative, supplier, or other person with whom Company or any Company Subsidiary has a material contractual relationship, who, to the Knowledge of Company, intends, whether on account of the Merger or otherwise, to discontinue, materially diminish, or change its relationship with Company or any Company Subsidiary in an adverse manner.
