Further Consideration of Pre-proposal. Following the LHIN’s review and evaluation of the pre-proposal and subject to section 7.2.5, the LHIN may invite the Hospital to submit a detailed proposal and business case for further analysis. The LHIN will provide the Hospital with guidelines for the development of a detailed proposal and business case.
