Further Cost. In addition to the Basic Cost of the Product, the Buyer agrees to pay for any charges raised in respect of taxes, wharfage, freight, barge, vehicle, wagon or cleanup costs including overtime or other like payments; insurance pilotage; port dues and any and all other like costs and expenses incurred by or charged to the Seller. Such charges, costs and expenses will be passed on to the Buyer as and when they are advised to the Seller and together with the Basic Cost shall for all purposes constitute the Price due from the Buyer to the Seller for the Product supplied.
