Further Processing. During the continuance of this Agreement the Company shall undertake ongoing investigations into the technical and economic feasibility of establishing facilities within the said State either alone or in association with others for the further processing of ilmenite obtained from the Mining Leases and as and when requested by the Minister, but not more frequently than once in every two years, shall submit detailed reports of its investigations to the date of request and its conclusions in regard thereto.
