Further Protection. This Guarantee and Indemnity shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding: (a) that any purported obligation of the Seller to the Buyer (or any security therefor) becomes wholly or partly void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whether or not known to the Buyer or the Guarantor; or (b) any incapacity or any change in the constitution of, or any amalgamation or reconstruction of, the Guarantor or the Seller.
