Further Reduction of Charges for Class. Members who Made Prompt Payment of their Charges. Any Class Member who made Prompt Payment of his or her charges for Emergency Services shall not owe more than 65% of those charges. Eligible Claimants who made Prompt Payment of their charges as shown by Swedish’s records have a right to payment in the amount of the excess of their payment over 65% of their charges for Emergency Services in accordance with the procedures described more fully below. This payment is in lieu of, and not in addition to, payment under Paragraph 2.01.

  • Deposits for Charges Subject to Escalation Deposits requested to cover estimated charges for timber subject to escalation under B3.2 shall be based upon Current Contract Rates and related de- posits in effect during previous calendar quarter. B4.215 Deposits When Payment Xxxxxx- xxxx. To the extent payment guarantee is provided under B4.3, requirements for advance cash deposits under B4.212 shall be waived for the value of timber on Sale Area that is cut, but not removed, and for the value of products removed from Sale Area for not more than a monthly billing period, subject to the provisions of B4.4. B4.216 Blanket Cash Deposits. Purchaser may make cash deposits under a written agreement to cover charges made under this and other timber sale con- tracts within the same National Forest. Forest Service shall allocate such deposits to such timber sales. When there is to be no timber cutting hereunder for 30 days or more and payment of current charges has been made, the allocation to this timber sale shall be reallocated to other timber sales within the same National Forest at Purchaser’s request. Purchaser shall not start cutting until allocation has again been made to this timber sale.

  • COLLECTION OF CHARGES 16.1 A Sector Association may request the consent of the Administrator to collect charges due from Operators to the Administrator in respect of facilities under the charging scheme.

  • Variation of Charges (a) Subject to clause 5.6(b), ARTC will immediately pass on to the Access Holder any net effect of any imposition of new taxes or charges, increases or decreases in taxes or charges (other than income tax) which is a tax, royalty, rate, duty, levy or impost of general application imposed on ARTC by any government or regulatory authority and which is directly attributable to the provision by ARTC to the Access Holder of access to the Network.

  • Cancellation or reduction for convenience 20.1 The Commonwealth may cancel or reduce the scope of this Agreement by notice, due to:

  • Allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date will be allocated to increase the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority until the cumulative Tranche Write-up Amounts allocated to each such Class of Reference Tranche is equal to the cumulative Tranche Write-down Amounts previously allocated to such Class of Reference Tranche on or prior to such Payment Date:

  • Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement.

  • Allocation of Tranche Write-down Amounts to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the amount, if any, of the Tranche Write- down Amount for that Payment Date will be allocated, first, to reduce any Overcollateralization Amount for such Payment Date, until such Overcollateralization Amount is reduced to zero, and, second, to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Allocation of Subordinate Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Senior Reduction Amount and the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Subordinate Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Application Deposit (May or May Not Be Refundable In addition to any application fee(s), you also agree to pay an application deposit in the amount indicated in paragraph 3. The application deposit is not a security deposit. The application deposit will be credited toward the required security deposit when the Lease has been signed by all parties; OR, it will be refunded under paragraph 6 of the Application Agreement if your application is not approved; OR, it will be retained by us as liquidated damages if you fail to sign or attempt to withdraw under paragraphs 3 or 4 of the Application Agreement.
