Common use of Further regulations Clause in Contracts

Further regulations. Subject to all other provisions contained in this Trust Deed, the Trustee may without the consent of the Issuer or the Noteholders prescribe such further regulations regarding the holding of Meetings of Noteholders and attendance and voting at them as the Trustee may in its sole discretion determine (including providing for any Meeting of Noteholders to be held virtually).

Further regulations. Subject to all other provisions contained in this Trust DeedIndenture, the Trustee may without the consent of the Issuer or the Noteholders prescribe such further regulations regarding the holding of Meetings of Noteholders and attendance and voting at them as the Trustee may in its sole discretion determine (including providing for any Meeting of Noteholders to be held virtually)determine.
