Limitations on License (a) This license is not assignable or transferable by operation of law or otherwise, except as provided in Paragraph "1(b)" hereof, and is limited to the LICENSEE and to the premises.
Restrictions on Use of the Service You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity. You do not own or have any rights (other than those expressly granted to you) to a particular IP address, even if you are utilizing a static IP address.
Additional Licensing Requirements and or Use Rights a. Multiplexing. Multiplexing (sometimes referred to as “pooling”) is a manner of indirect hardware or software access (“indirect access”) that • pools connections, • reroutes information, • reduces the number of users that directly access or use the software, or • reduces the number of users the software directly manages. Any user accessing the ERP Solution through a multiplexed connection must be appropriately licensed with an Access License.

License Grant & Restrictions Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the Service, solely for your own internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not access the Service if you are a direct competitor of xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, except with xxxxxxxxxx.xxx's prior written consent. User licenses cannot be shared or used by more than one individual User but may be reassigned from time to time to new Users who are replacing former Users who have terminated employment or otherwise changed job status or function and no longer use the Service. You may use the Service only for your internal business purposes and shall not: (i) send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws; (ii) send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material harmful to children or violative of third party privacy rights; (iii) send or store material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs; (iv) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein; or (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks. Certain editions of the Service offer integration capabilities via an application programming interface, or API. The number of API calls you can make per account is limited as follows (excluding calls resulting from use of xxxxxxxxxx.xxx client applications, such as Offline Edition, and salesforce.com-certified AppExchange applications): - Enterprise Edition (and Professional Edition with API access add-on): 1,000 calls/day/User (aggregated over all Users under the account), up to an aggregate maximum of 1,000,000 calls/day/account.
Restrictions on Use Licensee is not permitted to make any use of the Licensed Marks in connection with products or services other than the Sprint PCS Products and Services, and as specifically authorized in Sections 1.1(b) above with respect to Related Equipment and Premium and Promotional Items, nor to make any use of the Licensed Marks directed outside of the Service Area.
Confidentiality Restrictions The Product is a trade secret, copyrighted and proprietary product. Licensee and its employees will keep the Product strictly confidential, and Licensee will not disclose or otherwise distribute or reproduce any Product to anyone other than as authorized under the terms of Contract. Licensee will not remove or destroy any proprietary markings of Contractor.
Permitted License Uses and Restrictions (a) This Order Form Supplement allows you, as an authorized User under the Master Subscription Agreement, to use the Software on any Supported Device and on no other devices.
