FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. Seller may from time to time, at Seller's option, sell, transfer and assign different Accounts to Prestige. The future sale of any Accounts shall be subject to and governed by this Agreement and such Accounts shall be identified by separate and subsequent Assignments.
FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. UDAC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept additional Assignments or enter into other credit arrangements involving me, all of which will be subject to the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a commitment by UDAC to accept future Assignments from, extend loans or make other financial accommodations involving me or anyone else.
FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. If Mortgagor obtains mortgage financing secured by the Mortgaged Property and the proceeds of such new mortgage financing are applied to repay the Obligations in full, then in place of delivering a discharge, satisfaction, or release of this Mortgage, the Mortgagee shall at Mortgagor's request, deliver to the new lender an assignment of this Mortgage, all in form reasonably satisfactory to Mortgagee. Effective upon Mortgagee's assignment of this Mortgage, the Mortgagee shall be released from any remaining obligations and liabilities under the Indenture and Collateral Agreements.
FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. Subject to Section 23, Seller may from time to time, at Seller’s option, sell, transfer and assign different Accounts to AEC. The future sale of any Accounts shall be subject to and governed by this Agreement and such Accounts shall be identified by separate and subsequent Assignments. Pg 12 of 20
FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. To the extent practical, the District shall notify Bargaining Unit Members continuing in service of their tentative next school year’s assignment on or before June 1. Each Bargaining Unit Member shall receive, from their building administration, his/her tentative assignment for the upcoming school year on or before June 1st of the preceding school year. It is understood that these assignments are tentative, and are subject to change, but any such changes shall be made known to the affected member of the bargaining unit as soon as is reasonable.
FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. The Borrower shall not create or permit any lien, charge, or encumbrance of the Leases or of the Rents, and shall not pledge, transfer, or otherwise assign the Leases or the Rents unless at the Lender’s request, or unless otherwise agreed to by the Lender in writing.
FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. Where a Notification has been sent in relation to a Future Assignment, the School may consider all Teachers who register an interest in such Assignment (regardless of the order in which they do so), and then select from that group which Teacher it wishes to provide the Teaching Services.
FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. Except for the cases specifically identified in Sections 24.1 and 24.2, and related to LMCLS’ right to assign to Customer its rights to services for Customer’s spacecraft under its role as agent of Customer, neither party to this Agreement shall be entitled to assign, directly or indirectly, by operation of law or otherwise, this Agreement or its rights or obligations hereunder or any interest herein, except to a related or successor entity, or with the prior written consent of the other. Furthermore, Astrotech agrees to ensure that SouthTrust Bank shall not further assign, directly or indirectly, by operation of law or otherwise, its rights with regard to the Facility Services (CLIN 1) payments as are assigned to it by Astrotech, without the prior written consent of LMCLS, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. This shall not affect or prohibit or require the prior approval of LMCLS of the assignment of such rights in whole by SouthTrust Bank to its successor or assign in connection with a sale of the bank.
FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. The Employment Agreement may be assigned by GWDS to any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, the successor to the business of GWDS as a result of a transfer of all or substantially all of the assets or membership interests of GWDS or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
FUTURE ASSIGNMENTS. All the assignments created with future dates will be listed under ‘Future’. User can select the assignment and edit or work on it.
