Common use of Future Assistance Clause in Contracts

Future Assistance. Alion may seek the assistance and cooperation of Employee in connection with any audit, investigation, litigation or proceeding arising out of matters within the knowledge of Employee and related to his position as an employee of Alion, and in any such instance, Employee shall provide such assistance, cooperation or testimony, and Alion shall pay Employee’s reasonable costs and expenses in connection therewith.

Future Assistance. Alion may seek the assistance and cooperation of Employee in connection with any audit, investigation, litigation or proceeding arising out of matters within the knowledge of Employee and related to his position as an employee of Alion, and in any such instance, Employee Employee, upon reasonable notice, shall provide (up to a maximum of 20 hours per month after the Separation Date) such assistance, cooperation or testimony, and Alion shall pay Employee’s reasonable costs and expenses in connection therewith.
