Common use of Future Assistance Clause in Contracts

Future Assistance. BSC may seek the assistance, cooperation or testimony of Employee in connection with any investigation, litigation, patent application or prosecution, or intellectual property or other proceeding arising out of matters within the knowledge of Employee and/or related to his position as an employee of BSC, and in any such instance, Employee shall provide such assistance, cooperation or testimony and BSC shall pay Employee's reasonable costs and expenses in connection therewith.

Future Assistance. BSC may seek the assistance, cooperation or testimony of Employee in connection with any investigation, litigation, patent application or prosecution, or intellectual property or other proceeding arising out of matters within the knowledge of Employee and/or and related to his position as an employee of BSC, and in any such instance, Employee shall provide such assistance, cooperation or testimony and BSC shall pay Employee's reasonable costs and expenses in connection therewith.
