Future Cooperation & Consultation fees. EMPLOYEE shall execute all such further and additional documents as shall be reasonable, convenient, necessary or desirable to carry out the provisions of this AGREEMENT. EMPLOYEE shall provide THE CITY with consultation services (including deposition or trial testimony) in any litigation involving THE CITY which is reasonably related to acts or occurrences transpiring during her/his employment. Said services shall be provided as needed by THE CITY at a rate of $100.00 per hour.
