Common use of Future Events Clause in Contracts

Future Events. The Loan Documents will remain in full force and effect, without waiver or surrender of any of the rights of Agent under the Loan Documents, notwithstanding the occurrence of any one or more of the following: (a) extension of the time of payment of the whole or any part of the Credit Facility; (b) any change in the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents; (c) substitution of any other evidence of indebtedness for the Note; (d) acceptance by Agent of any guaranty, collateral or security of any kind for the payment of any of the Obligations; (e) surrender, release, exchange or alteration of any Collateral or other security, either in whole or in part; or (f) release, settlement, discharge, compromise, change or amendment, in whole or in part, of any claim of Agent against Borrower, Guarantor, or any other Credit Party.

The Loan Documents will remain in full force and effect, without waiver or surrender of any of the Lender's rights of Agent under the Loan Documents, notwithstanding the occurrence of any one or more of the following: (a) extension of the time of payment of the whole or any part of the Credit FacilityLoan; (b) any change in the terms and conditions of the Loan DocumentsLoan; (c) substitution of any other evidence of indebtedness for the Note; (d) acceptance by Agent Lender of any guaranty, collateral or security of any kind for the payment of any of the Obligations; (e) surrender, release, exchange or alteration of any Collateral or other security, either in whole or in part; or (f) release, settlement, discharge, compromise, change or amendment, in whole or in part, of any claim of Agent Lender against Borrower, Guarantor, Borrower or any other Credit Partyparty secondarily or additionally liable for the payment of any of the Obligations.
