Common use of Future Goods and Services Clause in Contracts

Future Goods and Services. The University reserves the right to have Hotel provide additional goods and/or services under the same pricing, terms, and conditions to make modifications or enhancements. Such additional Goods and Services may include other products, components, accessories, subsystems, or related services that are newly introduced during the term of this Agreement. Such recently introduced additional Goods and Services will be provided to the University at favored nations pricing, terms, and conditions.
