G oogle’s Compliance with Instructions. As from the Full Activation Date (at the latest), Google will comply with the instructions described in Section 5.2.1 (Customer’s Instructions) (including with regard to data transfers) unless European or National Law to which Google is subject requires other processing of Customer Personal Data by Google, in which case Google will notify Customer (unless that law prohibits Google from doing so on important grounds of public interest) before such other processing. For clarity, Google will not process Customer Personal Data for Advertising purposes or serve Advertising in the Services.
