Proofs The Ceding Company will promptly provide the Reinsurer with proper claim proofs, including a copy of the proof of payment by the Ceding Company, and a copy of the insured's death certificate. In addition, for contestable claims, the Ceding Company will send to the Reinsurer a copy of all papers in connection with the claim.
Administrative Agent May File Proofs of Claim In case of the pendency of any receivership, insolvency, liquidation, bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, composition or other judicial proceeding relative to any Loan Party, the Administrative Agent (irrespective of whether the principal of any Loan or L/C Obligation shall then be due and payable as herein expressed or by declaration or otherwise and irrespective of whether the Administrative Agent shall have made any demand on the Borrower) shall be entitled and empowered, by intervention in such proceeding or otherwise:

Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement.
Supporting Proof Upon the request of the Province, the Recipient will provide the Province with proof of the matters referred to in Article A2.0.

Court Appearances If an employee is subpoenaed to appear as a witness in a job-related court case, not during the employee’s regularly assigned shift, the employee shall be credited for actual time worked, or a minimum of two and one-half hours, whichever is greater.
