Coverage is only for openers located in garages attached to the primary residential structure, or, if no attached garage, 1 detached garage used as primary garage not located more than 30 feet from the home. Coverage is for up to 3 units on a single unit property. NOT COVERED: Batteries. Damage caused by door malfunctions. Door assemblies (including, but not limited to, door panels, tracks, rollers, hinges, cables and springs). Frequency interference. Lights sending units. Touch or key pads. Reprogramming. Failure caused by improper installation. Counter balance mechanisms.
