Common use of Garbage and Other Waste Clause in Contracts

Garbage and Other Waste. Resident shall not allow the accumulation of garbage or other waste by promptly removing garbage and other waste in a safe manner and placing it in appropriate receptacles provided by Landlord. Resident shall not place garbage or other non-recyclable materials in the recycling receptacles. A list of items that may be placed in the recycling receptacles is included in the Resident Handbook. In addition to other remedies available to Landlord, a minimum fine of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) will be charged to Resident for any violation of this provision, including but not limited to the placement of any non- recyclable material in a recycling receptacle.
