Garden and Grounds Maintenance. 13.10.1 To maintain and keep in good, clean, tidy and operational order and condition the pathways and grounds surrounding the Village buildings including the gardens, trees and shrubs, except to the extent that such garden areas are attributable to any unit for the benefit of a resident.
