Common use of Gardens Clause in Contracts

Gardens. It is the Tenant’s responsibility to maintain the garden (if applicable) in a neat and tidy condition and ensure the lawns are cut regularly throughout the Tenancy. The Landlord should present the garden, if applicable, in a good seasonal condition at the start of the Tenancy and as shown in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition.
