Gathering Service Clause Samples

The Gathering Service clause defines the obligations and procedures related to the collection or assembly of items, data, or materials as specified in the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the gathering activities, the standards or methods to be followed, and any timelines or deliverables required. For example, it may require a service provider to collect recyclable materials from a client’s premises on a scheduled basis or to assemble data sets for analysis. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of what is to be gathered, how it will be done, and the expectations for performance, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding the gathering process.
