Ge ne ral Conditions. a. The State agency will terminate this Agreement if it identifies a conflict of interest, as defined by applicable State laws, regulations and policies (as determined by the State agency) between Vendor and the State agency or local WIC agencies, or if it determines that Vendor has provided false information in connection with its application for authorization.
