Gearing Ratio. The Consolidated Financial Indebtedness of the Parent shall not at any time be more than 35.0% of the Total Capital.
Gearing Ratio. The Borrower must ensure that its Gearing Ratio at the end of each Measurement Period ending after the Utilisation Date, is less than 5.0 to 1.
