GENDER AND PLURAL. Whenever the Contract so admits or requires, all references to one number shall be deemed to extend to and include the other number, whether singular or plural, and the use of any gender shall be applicable to all genders. The terms “his” or “hers” or “he” or “she” shall include “its” if the referenced party is an entity rather than a person.
