Gender, Number and Headings. Words of any gender used in this Lease Agreement shall be held and construed to include any other gender, and words in the singular number shall be held to include the plural, unless the context otherwise requires. The headings and section numbers are for convenience only and shall not be considered in interpreting or construing this Lease. The captions and paragraphs or letters appearing in this Lease are inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or intent of the sections or articles of this Lease or affect this Lease in any way.
