Common use of Gender; Plural Clause in Contracts

Gender; Plural. Whenever the context so requires, the use of the words 17 herein in the singular shall be construed to include the plural, and words in the plural, the 18 singular, and words whether in the masculine, feminine or neuter genders shall be 19 construed to include all of said genders.
