Common use of General Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

General Administrative Services. The Manager is responsible for the provision of general administrative services required by the Company in connection with the Portfolio and the Investors and the Board shall delegate to the Manager such of its powers, duties and discretions as the Board may lawfully delegate which may be necessary for the proper performance of the Manager's administrative duties under this Agreement without the Manager having to make further reference to the Board except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement.

The Board shall will delegate to the Manager such of its powers, duties and discretions as the Board may lawfully delegate which may be necessary for the proper performance of the Manager's ’s administrative duties under this Agreement without the Manager having to make further reference to the Board except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement.
