General and Administration. Costs General and administrative (G&A) costs including:  Advertising  Collection fees  Contract labor  Dues and subscriptions  Employee education  General insurance  Office repair and maintenance  Officer salaries and benefits  Professional fees  Property taxes  Office expense  Licenses  Supplies  Travel  Utilities. G&A costs are allowed up to a capped limit set by the County. The hauler is allowed actual G&A costs up to a cap of fourteen (14) percent of total expenses for the combination of corporate, regional, and local G&A in the initial base year.
