Costs General and administrative (G&A) costs including: Advertising Collection fees Contract labor Dues and subscriptions Employee education General insurance Office repair and maintenance Officer salaries and benefits Professional fees Property taxes Office expense Licenses Supplies Travel Utilities. G&A costs are allowed up to a capped limit set by the County. The hauler is allowed actual G&A costs up to a cap of fourteen (14) percent of total expenses for the combination of corporate, regional, and local G&A in the initial base year.
