KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Concurrently with the execution and delivery hereof, pursuant to a certain Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated , 2014 (the “Agreement”) between Seller and Purchaser, Seller is conveying to Purchaser all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the real property and improvements thereon described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Property”) located in Revere, Massachusetts. It is the desire of Seller to hereby sell, assign, transfer, convey, set-over and deliver to Purchaser all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the Assigned Property (as hereinafter defined).
