General Assistance. We will relay urgent messages to family, friends and business associates, likely to be concerned by disruption or delay and arrange for alternative transport in the case of a major breakdown or accident i.e. taxi (cost at driver’s expense). EXCLUSIONS • Trucks, heavy equipment and vehicles over 2.5 tonnes gross • Bogged Vehicles that require specialist heavy equipment for removal and/or are not within easy reach of a public thoroughfare • Vehicles used for hire or reward • Vehicles located off Public roads (other than private residence) • Limited to eight call outs per annum XXXXXX SERVICE DEPARTMENTS Here are some of the excellent features of Xxxxxx Service Departments. Fixed price may vary due to additional work required under manufacturer’s warranty or service recommendations. To keep your complimentary Xxxxxx Warranty valid, this service must be performed at a Xxxxxx Service Centre at intervals of every 6 months or 10,000 kilometres (whichever occurs first). Please note that if a used vehicle is still covered under manufacturer’s warranty, the vehicle must be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements until expiry of that warranty, at which time the Xxxxxx fixed price service comes into effect. Routine Fixed Price Service includes: ✓ Change engine oil ✓ Change oil filter ✓ Minor engine tune ✓ Replace spark plugs if required, platinum spark plugs extra ✓ Check and top up fluid levels – automatic/manual transmission, brake/clutch, battery electrolyte, differential, windscreen washer ✓ Check and report on cooling system ✓ Check and report on front and rear brakes ✓ Check and report on tyre pressure, wear and condition (including spare) ✓ Check seatbelt operation ✓ Check air conditioning operation (where fitted) ✓ Check – headlights high and low beams, brakelights, tail lights, indicators and number plate lights ✓ Inspect air filter ✓ Check wiper/washer operation ✓ Check and report suspension and steering mechanism ✓ Check handbrake operation ✓ Check and report radiator hoses and heater hoses ✓ Check and adjust alternator, power steering, air conditioning and drive belts ✓ Check exhaust for leaks and security ✓ Lube doors
