General Behaviour. (1) You must act at all times in a way that is acceptable to communal living. Anti-social behaviour is defined as actions that might reasonably be considered to cause offence or harm to another person and/or infringe upon the reasonable rights of a person whether a student, member of staff of the University, or a casual resident visitor. Behaviour of an anti- social nature in the Residences is unacceptable and will be considered a breach of the Agreement.

General Behaviour. 5.1 Alcohol abuse and unacceptable/anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation/termination of the hire of the Premises.
General Behaviour. I fully understand that no pets are permitted aside from small caged animals with previous written consent of the landlord or the Council. I understand that I am responsible for the behaviour of visitors and friends. I must not play loud music in my flat. I will only consume alcohol in moderation and never within the communal areas unless attending an appropriate function in the communal lounge. I will not park or store items, including mobility scooters in communal corridors or areas. I will dispose of my rubbish in the bin room provided and recycle my waste as directed. I will comply with all instruction and guidance given to me in relation to fire safety. If I use the communal lounge or book the guest room facility I will leave them in a clean and tidy condition reporting any problems immediately to staff. I will hang curtains or nets of a reasonable standard in my windows and will not hang other items, such as flags, posters etc without specific permission. If I require the use of a mobility scooter I will only charge and store it in the designated area.
General Behaviour. Students using digital technology agree to:  Read, agree to and sign the ICT Acceptable Student Agreement  Follow all teacher instructions regarding safe and responsible use of all equipment, internet access and software/apps  Be a safe, responsible and ethical user when using digital technology  Support others by being respectful in how they communicate and never write or participate in online bullying (this includes forwarding messages and supporting others in harmful, inappropriate or hurtful online behaviour)  Not interfere with network security the data of another user or attempt to log into the network with a user name or password (where applicable) of another student  Not reveal their password (where applicable) to anyone except the system administrator or their teacher  Not bring or download unauthorised programs, including games, to the school or run them on school technology Internet Students using digital technology and accessing the Internet agree to:  Use language that is appropriate in an educational setting  Access appropriate information that is relevant to the curriculum  Use on the software/apps as directed by a teacher  Use online communication tools such as email and blogs as directed by their teacher to enhance their access to curriculum material  Respect others when they talk to or work with them online  Never take part in harassment or bullying, including forwarding harmful messages or supporting others in inappropriate or hurtful online behaviour  Talk to a teacher or another adult if: o They need help online o They are not sure what they should be doing online o They come across sites that are not appropriate for school o Someone writes something they don’t like or makes them or their friends feel uncomfortable or asks them to provide information they know is private o They feel the welfare of another student is being threatened  Ask their teacher and gain permission if they want to access information or pictures from the internet  Think carefully about what they read on the internet, question if it is from a reliable source Evaluation: Evaluation of this policy will be carried out by the Education Committee as part of the cyclic review process in three years’ time or beforehand if a significant issue arises. General Behaviour. It is an expectation that students behave in accordance with all school rules and policies at all times. Students are a representative of the College whilst they are in school uniforms, which includes during travel to and from school and when out in public. Expectations of behaviour include • Being respectful of teachers, and following their instructions; • Arriving to school and to classes on time, prepared and ready to learn; • Using language that is kind, respectful and courteous; • Wearing the school uniform with pride, including black leather school shoes • Having neat, trimmed, naturally coloured hair that is not past the collar or ears, and no more than one pair of earrings for girls Other jewelry and makeup is not permitted • Maintaining a strict “hands off” policy between all students at all times • Respecting the Mobile Phone policy, ensuring they are never used at school • Taking pride in the school grounds by putting rubbish in the bin and never willfully damaging property
