General Clauses. 13.1 These Terms shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the country where our head office is based as shown on Our Sites (“Our Domicilium”). 13.2 Our Sites are controlled, operated and administered by the Company from its head offices. The Company makes no representation that the content of the Sites is appropriate or available for use outside of Our Domicilium. Access to the Sites from territories or countries where the content of the Sites is illegal is prohibited.
