Common use of General Clean-Up Obligations Clause in Contracts

General Clean-Up Obligations. Subcontractor shall at all times maintain a clean, safe and orderly working area, free from unreasonable accumulations of rubbish, debris, and waste and/or surplus materials (collectively “Debris”) resulting from its operations. Debris shall be removed to and placed at a location designated by Contractor each day (or as otherwise required by Contractor) during the course of the Subcontract Work.
