Common use of General Conditions and Frequency of Service Clause in Contracts

General Conditions and Frequency of Service. The Contractor shall provide Residential Recycling Collection Service to all dwelling units receiving Curbside Residential Collection Service (including suitable multi- family residential units electing such service). This service shall be provided once every week and no less than every seven (7) days, on a scheduled route basis, as approved by the Contract Administrator (or designee). The Recyclables Collection must be provided on the same day as either the Solid Waste or the Vegetative Waste Collection in accordance to Section 4.A.1.
