Common use of General Consent Clause in Contracts

General Consent. Customer agrees that Humanity may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of Services, subject to compliance with the requirements below. As a condition to permitting a Sub-processor to Process Customer Data, Humanity will enter into a written agreement with each Sub-processor containing data protection obligations that provide at least the same level of protection for Customer Data as those in this DPA, to the extent applicable to the nature of the Services provided by such Sub-processor. Humanity will provide copies of any Sub-processor agreements to Customer pursuant only upon reasonable request by Customer.
