Contracting with Sub-Processors. 8.1 The Data Controller authorizes the Data Processor to engage the sub-processors in the country locations for the Service-related activities specified as described in Section 1.4. Data Processor shall inform the Data Controller of any addition or replacement of such sub-processors giving the Data Controller an opportunity to object to such changes.
Contracting with Sub-Processors. Customer hereby gives its general authorisation for Webflow to engage new Sub-processors in connection with the processing of the Personal Data as set forth in clause 9 of the Standard Contractual Clauses. A list of Webflow’s current Sub-processors is located at xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx. Customer must sign up at the aforementioned URL to receive email notifications concerning the addition of new Sub-processors. Customer may reasonably object to the addition of any new Sub-processor within 15 calendar days of receiving such email notification, in which case Webflow will use reasonable efforts to make a change in the Service or recommend a commercially reasonable change to avoid processing by such Sub-processor. If Webflow is unable to provide an alternative, Customer may terminate the Services and shall pay Webflow any fees or expenses not yet paid for all services provided pursuant to any Services Agreement. If Customer fails to sign up for these email notifications, Customer shall be deemed to have waived its right to object to the newly added Sub- processor(s).
Contracting with Sub-Processors. 8.1 The Data Controller authorises the Data Processor to engage sub-processors (Annex 4) for the Service-related activities specified as described in Annex 2. Data Processor shall not add or replace any such sub-processors listed in Annex 4 without giving the Data Controller an opportunity to object to such changes.
Contracting with Sub-Processors. 10.1 The Exporter authorizes the Importer to engage sub-processors in the country locations for the Service-related activities specified as described in Paragraph 3.1. Importer shall inform the Exporter of any addition or replacement of such sub-processors giving the Exporter an opportunity to object to such changes.
Contracting with Sub-Processors. 10.1The Data Exporter authorizes the Data Importer to engage sub-processors in the country locations for the Service-related activities specified as described in Paragraph 3.1. Data Importer shall inform the Data Exporter of any addition or replacement of such sub-processors giving the Data Exporter an opportunity to object to such changes.
Contracting with Sub-Processors. [The Data Controller authorizes the Data Processor to engage sub-processors in Annex 5. If Data Controller wishes to object to a sub-processor, Data Controller shall contact the Data Controller’s account manager at Data Processor within 7 days of being notified of such change in sub-processors.
Contracting with Sub-Processors. The Supplier shall not subcontract any of its Service-related activities consisting of (partly) of the processing of the personal data or requiring personal data to be processed by any third party without the prior written authorization of Company. The Supplier shall ensure that the sub-processor is bound by the same data protection obligations as of the Supplier under this Agreements, shall supervise compliance thereof, and must impose on its sub-processors the obligation to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a manner that the processing will meet the requirements of Agreements. Company may request the Supplier to either audit third-party sub processor or provide confirmation that such an audit has occurred to ensure compliance with its obligations imposed by the Supplier in conformity with this Agreement.
Contracting with Sub-Processors. 7.1 List of sub-processors. A list of NTT's sub-processors that NTT directly engages for the specific Services as a processor is available on request to the NTT contact mentioned in Attachment A or is otherwise as set out in Annex III to the applicable SCCs (as applicable) or as otherwise made available on a NTT website.

The Data Processor shall inform the Data Controller of any addition or replacement of such sub-processors. The Data Controller shall be entitled to object to such addition or replacement on reasonable grounds relating to data protection in writing within 30 days of the Data processor’s notice. If the Data processor still intends to replace or engage a new sub-processor despite the Data Controller’s objection, the Data Controller shall be entitled to terminate the Service Agreement with immediate effect within 30 days of the Data processor’s notice. Notice of termination shall be given in writing.

Data Processor shall inform the Data Controller of any addition or replacement of such sub-processors giving the Data Controller an opportunity to object to such changes.
