Common use of General Description of Agreement Clause in Contracts

General Description of Agreement. 1.1 This Agreement is a legally binding contract. The Parties named in this Agreement are bound by the terms set forth herein and otherwise incorporated herein by reference. This Agreement shall govern the business relationship between the Parties by which CTA shall offer CTA-consolidated billing to its customers. Each Party, by agreeing to undertake specific activities and responsibilities for or on behalf of customers, acknowledges that each Party shall relieve and discharge the other Party of the responsibility for said activities and responsibilities with respect to those customers. Except where explicitly defined herein, the definitions controlling this Agreement are contained in PG&E's applicable rules.
