☐ Electric ☐ Gas. 1.3. The number of Mobilehome spaces (MH-Spaces) that will be eligible for rebuild under the Community Rebuild Program (both “To-the-Meter” and “Beyond-the-Meter”) shall be equal to the number of residential MH-Spaces permitted by HCD or its designed agency, that previously received electric and/or gas service from PG&E.
