GENERAL DISASTER RECOVERY. Texas has been pursuing a DR strategy based on having dual data centers to provide DR capabilities for each other. The highest levels of recovery are based on the use of the alternate Consolidated Data Center, and should be architected to meet the RTO of Applications through appropriate replication and storage of data.
